This isn’t just a curriculum. It’s an integrated, values-driven Literacy Model that forms the substantive guardrails of Responsible AI - something no other platform offers at this depth or scale.
Each level represents a key layer of understanding and a deeper layer of accountability:
Level 100: From the foundations of how AI works,
Level 200: To how the data that powers it must be protected,
Level 300: To the ethical AI frameworks that shape responsible decision-making,
Level 400: And finally, to the universal human rights that turn ethical ideals into legal obligations.
Our model is informed by global governance frameworks like UNESCO’s AI Ethics Framework, the OECD AI Principles framework, and the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights framework.
And this model is the foundation of every Responsible AI Learning Package we deliver.

The Skills4Good 4-Level Responsible AI Literacy Model delivers more than skills - it delivers clarity, accountability, and global alignment.
To achieve full certification in Responsible AI Literacy, participants must complete all four levels. Each level builds on the last and cannot be skipped.
Comprehensive learning is available through the Professional Membership, the Certified Responsible AI Leader (CRAI-L) and the Certified Responsible AI Facilitator (CRAI-F), which provide full access to the entire Responsible AI curriculum.
Every level includes:
