General Questions
No prior experience is required! However, all affiliates must complete the Responsible AI Essentials Crash Course before receiving their referral link to ensure they understand Responsible AI concepts.
The course consists of 25 lessons (about 3 hours). You can complete it at your own pace, but 100% completion is required within 1 month of approval to maintain your affiliate status.
Yes! The course is updated annually to reflect changes in AI regulations, trends, and best practices. Affiliates who renew their membership will always have access to the latest version.
Enrolling in the course also includes 2 months of community access, where you can engage with other professionals, participate in discussions, and stay updated on Responsible AI.
Earning Commissions & Payments
Once your referral link is active, you can access an affiliate dashboard to track your sales, commissions, and payouts.
Our system uses cookies to track referrals for 60 days. You’ll still earn the commission if a customer purchases within that period.
Our system uses PayPal to process direct payouts to our affiliates.
Yes, the minimum payout threshold is $100, meaning you must earn at least this amount before receiving a commission payment.
Promoting & Marketing
You can share your link on social media, email newsletters, blogs, webinars, and within your professional network. However, paid ads, brand bidding, and spammy practices are prohibited.
No, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is prohibited. This policy prevents affiliates from competing with our marketing efforts, avoids brand bidding (where affiliates bid on our brand name in ads), and ensures that promotions come from authentic engagement and trusted recommendations. We encourage organic promotion through your network, social media, and content creation.
Affiliates cannot create their discount codes. However, if we run official promotions, your referral link will still track purchases during those periods.
Affiliate Membership & Renewal
Your affiliate membership is valid for one year. To continue as an affiliate, you must renew annually by maintaining an active subscription to the regularly updated Responsible AI Essentials Crash Course.
You can opt out anytime by contacting us, and we will deactivate your referral link.
If you do not renew your affiliate membership after one year, your affiliate status will expire automatically.
