Association Partnership Terms of Service

These terms apply to Skills4Good AI’s marketing partnerships with approved partner organizations. By submitting a partnership application, your organization agrees to the terms outlined below.

A. Partnership Overview

  • Duration: 1 year from the approval date, renewable upon mutual agreement.
  • Partnership Type: Marketing partnership to promote the free Responsible AI Starter Course to your employees / members.

B. Skills4Good AI Commitments

  • Provide all partner employees / members with free access to the Responsible AI Starter Course, worth $149 per learner.
  • Waive Partnership Fees: Eliminate the usual $2,500 co-branding partnership fee for eligible organizations.
  • Create Custom Branded Materials: Design a personalized landing page for partnership announcements that showcases the partner's branding and messaging.
  • Deliver a comprehensive promotional kit: Include ready-to-use email templates, social media content, professional graphics, and branded postcards—all customized with partner logos and messaging.
  • Provide quarterly marketing support: Offer promotional materials and guidance for each campaign every three months.
  • Manage All Course Operations: Oversee complete course registration, delivery, technical support, and communication with learners
  • Offer Partnership Recognition: Highlight the partner as the official Responsible AI Literacy partner in Skills4Good AI communications and materials.
  • Support Brand Positioning: Help establish the partner organization as a forward-looking leader in Responsible AI adoption.

C. Partner Commitments

  • Send a minimum of 2 email communications per quarter promoting the Responsible AI Starter Course to your employees / members in each quarterly campaign.
  • Post a minimum of 3 social media updates per quarter about the partnership and course availability across your organization's social channels in each quarterly campaign.
  • Promote participation in the quarterly onboarding event through email and communications in each campaign.
  • Feature Skills4Good AI logo and partnership prominently on homepage or main employee / member benefits page during each quarterly campaign period (minimum 30 days)
  • Provide Skills4Good AI with advance notice of any promotional calendar changes.
  • Submit revised marketing materials to Skills4Good AI for approval before use.
  • Respond to Skills4Good AI partnership communications within five business days.
  • Use only Skills4Good AI-approved marketing materials (minor adjustments allowed to match your organization's voice and brand). Small text and voice/style adjustments are permitted with Skills4Good AI approval. Visual elements may not be changed.
  • Grant Skills4Good AI permission to use your organization's logo and provided description in partnership announcements and co-branded materials.

D. Partnership Terms

  • Non-Exclusive: This partnership permits either organization to collaborate with other groups and does not require exclusivity commitments.
  • No Agency Relationship: This agreement does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, or business partnership between the organizations.
  • Termination: Either party can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Skills4Good AI reserves the right to terminate immediately if its brand is misrepresented.
  • Performance Level: Skills4Good AI reserves the right to terminate the partnership if quarterly promotional commitments consistently fail to meet reasonable engagement standards.
  • Intellectual Property: All Skills4Good AI course content, materials, and trademarks are owned by Skills4Good AI.

E. General Provisions

  • Limitations of Liability: Each organization is responsible for its own actions. Skills4Good AI's obligations are limited to providing the free course and marketing materials as described.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
  • Modification: These terms may only be changed in writing by Skills4Good AI.
