Our CEO & Co-Founder, Josephine Yam, will speak at the World Trade Day Conference in Denver, Colorado on May 19. It will be hosted by the World Trade Center Denver, one of Skills4Good AI’s strategic partners.

This conference which will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown, is now in its50th year! It has become the premier global business conference in the Rocky Mountain Region and possibly the largest World Trade Day in the US.

As an AI lawyer, AI ethicist, and tech entrepreneur, Josephine will share her unique perspective on how organizations can get ready for the tsunami of global privacy & AI regulations in her talk “Protecting Data Globally in an AI-driven World."

Summary of Josephine's talk:

The Colorado Privacy Act and other state and international privacy and AI laws are coming into effect in 2023. As an organization that operates internationally, you must comply with data privacy and AI laws wherever you have customers if you dream of achieving success on a global level. Ignorance of the law excuses no one. Noncompliance could lead to dire consequences and business failure. At a time when data privacy and AI concerns are top of mind for consumers worldwide, it is more important than ever for organizations of all sizes – especially start-ups, SMEs, and non-profits – to have access to training and services around responsible data privacy and AI best practices.
